We’re lacing up our shoes, and fundraising for Spokane Humane Society by participating in their 20th annual pledge walk! The funds we raise will go directly to providing companion animals with food, shelter, enrichment, and medical care until they find a forever home.
Spokane Humane Society is a private, non-profit, no-kill animal shelter that has been helping better the lives of animals in Spokane for over 125 years!
Animals like Dr. Pepper, who was transferred from an overcrowded shelter in Texas and lived most of his 4 year old life in a shelter before finding his forever home this year, Daisy, a senior dog who was brought in by her owner to be euthanized before SHS staff saw that she still had lots of life to live, and Pipsqueak, a preemie kitten who was rejected by his momma cat and needed round the clock care until he grew big enough to find a new home.
If each walker raises just $250 this year, together we will raise over $100,000 to give homeless dogs and cats in Spokane a second chance.
We are competing with the other teams and solo walkers to raise the most money and win the title and trophy of 2023's Parade of Paws TOP DOG!
Thank you for joining us in supporting the important work being done by Spokane Humane Society.
